Individual wrestler rankings: Major shifts as wrestlers change weight classes

The 2019-2020 wrestling season is several weeks old and wrestlers are starting to drop down to their postseason weights.
Wrestlers dropping down a class caused some significant shifts in the rankings this week, including new No. 1s and key wins and upsets led to further changes.
